Returns and Exchanges

To make a return, the product must be:

Defective Products

If the customer receives a product with a manufacturing defect, they must contact LORVENZA within a maximum of 7 business days after delivery, sending photos and a description of the problem. LORVENZA will replace the product or provide a full refund, at no additional cost to the customer.
